Growing up in northern California, surrounded by nature, I always had a love for environments and creatures. After graduating high school a year early, I briefly worked at Live Nation as a graphic designer while spending my evenings at a community college. I had a blast exploring as many different artistic outlets as I could get my hands on such as music composition, pottery, acting, animation, painting, 3D modeling, singing, and more.
At age 23, I realized my artwork needed a kick in the pants that community college couldn't provide. In the fall of 2017, I completed my bachelors of fine arts in visual development at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Currently working as a freelance artist, I am delighting in pushing line rhythm, using animals to evoke distinctly human emotions, and playing with shape to create an air of whimsy. When I’m not drawing, I spend my time rock climbing, gardening, and goofing off with my three noodly-looking hounds.
